Refund Policy

LitLink Pro (Direct Purchase)

LitLink Pro is sold as a one-time purchase through Paddle, our merchant of record. We offer a 7-day free trial of LitLink Pro so you can fully evaluate the per-app routing features before purchasing. We encourage all users to take advantage of the trial period to ensure LitLink Pro meets their needs.

If you purchased LitLink Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5 to 10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a LitLink Pro direct purchase, email support@litpads.app with your Paddle transaction ID (starts with txn_) and the email address used during purchase. We will process your refund through Paddle within 2 business days.

LitLink Free

LitLink Free is a free product. No purchase is required and no refund applies. LitLink Free includes mic passthrough, system audio passthrough, and the companion app at no cost.

LitPads (Mac App Store)

LitPads is a separate product sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles all App Store refund requests. To request a refund for a LitPads purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process App Store refunds directly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
