Iseli International Commerce ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship owned by Marcel Iseli and based in Switzerland, operates LitPads, a custom soundboard application for Mac, iPad, and iPhone, LitLink, a virtual audio driver for macOS, and this website. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our products and website.

What Data Does LitPads Collect?

LitPadssends anonymous purchase analytics to RevenueCat (see the Analytics and Tracking section below for details). All your in-app content, including audio files, board configurations, hotkey bindings, MIDI mappings, setlists, and user settings, is stored locally on your device using the app's sandboxed storage. No personal information, no account registration, and no audio content leaves your device.

What Data Does LitLink Collect?

LitLink does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The virtual audio driver operates entirely locally on your Mac. Audio routed through LitLink is processed in real-time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted by the driver or the companion app. LitLink Pro license keys are stored locally in UserDefaults on your Mac. No account registration is required.

Audio Files and User Content

Audio files you import into LitPads remain on your device. LitPadsdoes not upload, share, or transmit your audio files to any server. When you use iCloud sync (if available), data is transferred directly between your devices through your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms. We have no access to this data.

In-App Purchases (LitPads)

LitPadsPro is available as a one-time in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. For details on how Apple handles payment data, refer to Apple's privacy policy.

Purchases (LitLink Pro)

LitLink Pro is available as a one-time purchase through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle processes all payments, collects applicable taxes, and handles invoicing. Paddle may collect your name, email address, country, and payment information to process the transaction. We do not receive or store your payment details. Paddle shares your email address and transaction ID with us for license key delivery and customer support purposes only. Analytics and Tracking

LitPads uses RevenueCat to collect anonymous purchase analytics. This helps us understand how the app is being used so we can ship better updates. The data sent to RevenueCat includes:

  • An anonymous identifier generated by RevenueCat, not linked to your name, email, or any personal account
  • Your device's vendor identifier (IDFV), provided by Apple for legitimate analytics use
  • Purchase history (which in-app purchases you have made)
  • App diagnostic data such as crash reports, performance metrics, app version, and OS version

This data is not linked to your real identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites for advertising. We use it solely to improve LitPads. For details on RevenueCat's own privacy practices, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

This website uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated page view data. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. LitPads the application does not use cookies or any browser-based tracking technology.

Crash Reports and Diagnostics

If you have opted into sharing diagnostics with Apple in your device settings, Apple may collect anonymized crash reports. This is controlled by your device settings under Apple's privacy policy. We may review aggregated, anonymized crash data through App Store Connect to improve app stability. We cannot identify individual users from this data.

Children's Privacy

LitPads does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app does not require an account, does not contain social features, and does not include advertising. LitPads is rated 4+ on the App Store with no age-restricted content.

Third-Party Services

LitPads uses RevenueCat for anonymous purchase analytics, as described in the Analytics and Tracking section above. Audio routing to applications like OBS, Discord, or Zoom is handled locally on your device through system-level audio drivers and never passes through us or any third-party server.

LitLink routes audio locally on your Mac through a virtual audio driver. Per-app audio routing uses the macOS Process Tap API to capture audio from selected applications. All audio processing occurs locally. No audio data is transmitted to external servers. Paddle.com is used solely for payment processing of LitLink Pro purchases.

Data Retention

All app content, including audio files, board configurations, and settings, is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all associated data from your device. Anonymous analytics data sent to RevenueCat is retained according to RevenueCat's retention policies.

Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since the data collected through RevenueCat (anonymous identifiers, diagnostics, purchase history) is not linked to your personal identity, individual data records cannot typically be looked up by name or email. To request deletion of all data tied to a specific RevenueCat anonymous ID, contact us with the ID from your device. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of LitPads after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
